Our people
Astins employs highly skilled people to provide clients with the quality that they require. We recruit carefully to ensure that the very best are on our books and working on our sites.
Our workforce currently exceeds five hundred. All are fully CSCS compliant and Health & Safety trained.
We have developed a series of multi lingual design packages and inductions to ensure on-site quality is delivered. Translators are employed to ensure on-site communication is always effective throughout the project.
Comprehensive quality control procedures are in place, including Astins industry leading '85 Point Plan' assessment tool, to ensure that all our people are providing work of the highest quality.
