Right from the start the Astins Institute has set itself ambitious goals.
It aims to transform the lives of all those that attend courses and personal development training at the centre. It also aims to make a difference in the wider world, through its work in driving community benefit and employment legacy initiatives across the country. Its work with young people is particularly important in this regard.
The institutes also about challenging expectations and helping to drive innovation and change in the Construction Industry. It does this through the promotion of industry learning and client service alongside initiatives such as Continuous Improvement and Women in Construction.
